Once you click Save a Sysex Receive dialog appears and any sysex that comes in is saved to the file so. It will bring up a 'Save As' dialog for you to select a directory and file name. In the sysex dialog menu select Sysex/Receive Manual dump. In the sysex dialog menu select Sysex/Configure and make sure "Save Dump directly." is selected and click OK.
